What you're buying
PrintFixer sells credits, redeemed with a code (like a gift card). Every download costs one credit: a print-ready test-grid file is one credit, and a full-resolution corrected photo is a separate download that costs one credit. Files are generated in your own browser and downloaded immediately. Credits never expire.
Each credit spent covers one photo's download: for 24 hours after unlocking, you can re-download that photo's file — including with adjusted settings — at no extra charge, in the same browser. Using a different photo costs another credit.
Refunds
- Because credits are delivered instantly, all sales are final once a credit from the pack has been spent.
- If you were charged but did not receive your credit code (for example, a connection problem), contact us with your Stripe receipt and we will restore the credits or refund you — your choice.
- Duplicate or accidental double charges are always refunded.
- Unused credits don't expire. We do not refund partially used packs.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or have rights to any photo you use.
- Print results depend on your print service. We strongly recommend ordering with the service's "auto color correction" turned off; we can't guarantee how any third-party service reproduces color.
- Keep your credit code private — anyone with the code can spend its credits, and we cannot restore credits spent by someone you shared the code with.
Our responsibilities
We provide the tool as-is. Your photos are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
